Crystal Skulls Pilgrimage - Cahokia Oct 31 2011 - 1 -

     In October 2011, on a visit to Tenochtitlan to visit maestra Estrella Newman, she mentions that Humbatz Men would be visiting the states.  Later that year, I get a message from a friend about a Mayan elder coming to Cahokia, IL for a crystal skulls ceremony.  I told him I could not make it because of work.  I asked him the Mayan elder's name, he told me Humbatz Men, and that was it, I was on my way to Cahokia, IL to welcome him.  Grateful, for the invitation and moving right along, I learn that an elementary school friend of mine is also part of the documentary crew.
     On this day, 31st of October 2011, as Humbatz Men conducted his crystal skulls activation ceremony, I witness a spiral energy come down from the sky as the sun made it's way West.  It was a great feeling of connectedness.  It felt like a great energy came from the cosmos, all the way from the spiral Milky Way.   I was grateful to be of service as fire keeper of a sacred fire from Tenochtitlan.  Also present was Cuauhtemoc Mosqueda, one of the first Mexika Aztec dancers to dance in la Plaza Mayor de Tenochtitlan, in the 70s.
